Baked red potatoes (serves 2)

Ingredients:
- 4 red potatoes
- fresh rosemary
- garlic
- olive oil
- salt

Directions:

Wash potatoes.

Cut potatoes into fourths.

Place on greased cookie sheet.

Crush garlic (I do at least 2 cloves).

Sprinkle olive oil, garlic, salt and rosemary on top of potatoes.

Bake at 350* until potatoes are soft.
